When you contact us: whatever you share with support@commonsnail.com
Automatically: basic technical info like IP address and browser type, through our site and email tools

Process payments through Stripe
Send billing and delivery updates
Send editorial or marketing emails through Kit, if you've opted in
Keep internal records in Airtable for support and operations
Meet legal obligations
3. Who We Share It With
We only share data with providers that help us run the Service, currently including:

As Common Snail grows, we may add other service providers—for things like shipping, customer support, or analytics—to help run the Service.

We keep your information while your subscription is active, and for a reasonable time after for legal, accounting, or dispute purposes.
5. Your Choices
Unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime via the link in those emails. You'll still get transactional emails (billing, delivery) while subscribed.
Update your address by emailing support@commonsnail.com.
Access, correct, or delete your info by emailing support@commonsnail.com, subject to records we're legally required to keep.
Depending on your state, you may have added rights (like California or Colorado privacy law) to know, delete, or opt out of certain data uses—email us to exercise them. We won't discriminate against you for asking.
6. Kids
The Service is for business owners and organizers, not children. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including Stripe's secure payment processing, but no system is 100% secure.

The Service serves customers in the United States and Puerto Rico, and data is processed in the U.S.
